"Stay away if you want a life" says an ESilicon former employee on Glassdoor on November 4, 2015:
"Stay away if you want a life
Everyone works really hard. No salary increases for 3 years. Long days 12+ hours per day. No bonus. No 401k matching. Mandatory use of vacation at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The constant threat of layoff. Company strategy changes all the time."
Signal Integrity Engineer (Contractor) says"Limited resources, don't spend money on resources. But great business approach, aims for big opportunities. But no good resource.great business modelsmall"
Planner Specialist (Current Employee) says"The company has many good traits and is good environment to learn in. The variety of projects you work on as a supply chain planner makes it a good place to work. Management, however, makes coming to work every day a chore. Internal systems are poor and there is a lot of room for improvement. Managements (my Sr' Director specifically) ability to communicate is poor.good salary, benefits.not a very welcoming work environment."
ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Current Employee) says"I enjoyed my collaboration with various departments, such as eBusiness and engineering. eSilicon has a lot of room for improvements. The company is undergoing a lot of transitions right now, so this is challenging time."
